Vendor Signup Form - Wild & Free on 83, Wellington - August 5, 2023

Booth spaces will be assigned by the Chamber prior to the event. Five days prior to the event a booth location venue map will be posted to this page. You will be listed on the venue map when we receive your form and payment. Payment must be received by 5 days prior to the event. Mail your payment to:

Vendors may set up on Saturday August 5th from 7-9a.m. Booth & awnings need to be set up on the street, no booth or awnings on the Courthouse lawn, please plan to secure your awning accordingly. The event officially opens at 9a.m. and ends at 2p.m. No refunds after August 3rd.

The Chamber reserves the right to limit the number of venders selling the same food products.

The vendor acknowledges it is their responsibility for sales tax and health certificates. If you are required to have a health certificate, a copy of that certificates needs to accompany be mailed with your payment.

The Collingsworth County Chamber of Commerce and/or their affiliates will not be held liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or property, or for any injury incurred during this event.
